Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4, 1983) is an Canadian actress and comedian based in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most famous for her performance in Superstore's sitcom Dina Fox. Ash is also a grad at Second City Toronto Mainstage as and Second City Chicago mainstage. In addition, she is half of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She was a Canadian Comedy Award nominee for Best Female Improviser twice , in 2007 and 2006. In 2012, she took home the award for the best performance by a Female for Television for Almost Heroes award. In 2015, she was awarded the Best Female Performance in a Feature film for her part in Dirty Singles. She was also a guest on the show pranks called "Scare Tactics". Lauren and Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails", her podcast.
