Recenty, Nicole C. Mullen was in her debut short film in the role of director. They co-wrote the music for the movie. Gifford lends support to numerous organisations for children, including Childhelp as well as the Association to Benefit Children which resulted in Cassidy's Place as well as Cody House named after her two daughters. She is a dedicated humanitarian and received an honorary degree at Marymount University for her humanitarian work in labor relations.
